1. Service Description
ShutterMor provides an AI-powered photography critique and mentorship platform. Users upload photos and receive automated feedback to improve their photography skills.
2. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor
- Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
4. Credits
- Credits are used to generate AI photo critiques
- Subscription credits roll over month-to-month up to plan limits
- Unused credits expire if subscription is cancelled
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred
5. User Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us permission to process them through our AI systems. We do not sell or share your photos with third parties.
